Shallow Side performed at Shamrocks in Omaha, Nebraska on February 11, 2017 to support their new record, “One”.
Now, I might be a bit biased when seeing and covering Shallow Side. I have known the band for a couple of years and we had a bit of a moment during their last visit to Omaha. But, I was asked to review their new record “One” late last year and, to this day, I think this is their best work. So, going into to do a live show review seemed like it may be the next logical step. Once again, they did not disappoint their audience with the rhythms helmed by Cody at bass guitar and Heath on the drums. The criminally talented Seth, slayed the guitar like a pro and Eric led the charge with his vocals. Their audience was captive from beginning to end with the energy that was supplied by Shallow Side.
Shallow Side did play their new record, “One”, throughout the set with “Renegade” by Styx and “Rebel” being my two favorite songs. If you would like to know more about “One” you can read my review HERE.
