Stone Sour in Omaha, Nebraska on September 24, 2017
Stone Sour on their Hydrograd tour played to a sold-out show at Sokol Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska on September 24th, 2017. Their set list included Taipei Person/Allah Tea, Knieval Has Landed (performed live for the first time), Take A Number, Hesitate (First time since 2013), Cold Reader (First time since 2006), and an encore that included a cover of Beat It.
Providing support for Stone Sour was Los Angeles based Steel Panther who exuded the 1980’s glam metal era with over the top stage presence, humorous and crude song lyrics. It was a very entertaining set for the band who made their first visit to Omaha. Songs in their set included Death to All but Metal, Goin’ in the Backdoor, Asian Hooker, and for the first time, Wasted Too Much Time.
Opening for Stone Sour were the Darlings of Rock & Roll, Cherry Bombs who entertained the crowd at Sokol Auditorium for the opening show for the Stone Sour Hydrograd tour.
