Bryson Tiller brought his tour to Steelhouse Omaha on June 23rd, 2023 for a sold out show. On the 29th show of his tour, Tiller is seasoned and delivers a seamless show from start to finish. After taking a 5 year hiatus from touring, Tiller set out to put on a show that takes a trip to the past while giving his fans a glimpse into the future. His opener DJ Nitrane had the crowd hooked on every song, especially at the end of his set when he played unreleased songs from Tiller. The crowd had such high enthusiasm Nitrane even took a moment to pause and say that the Omaha crowd was one of the best he’d ever seen.
If we thought the energy during Nitrane’s set was the best it could get, when Tiller took the stage the crowd went from loud to deafening. He expertly sang each song with a backdrop of bright, colorful LED lights that gave each song the perfect ambiance. Some of his biggest hits “Don’t” and “Exchange” had the entire venue captivated and it seemed as though every person in the building was screaming the lyrics. However, even when playing his less popular songs his audience’s attention and energy never wavered. I had high expectations and he surpassed every one of them, I can confidently say that the name of his tour perfectly sums it up – Bryson Tiller is back and he’s better.
